Terms of Service

Seller and products

Kuriva Kids is based in Italy. You can contact us at info@kurivakids.com.

We sell digital printable PDF books. Nothing is shipped. The books are educational activities, not therapy or medical advice.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD for the United States, and in other currencies where enabled. Check the currency and final amount shown at checkout before paying. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments using cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, where available at checkout.

Delivery

After payment, your books are delivered by download link. Your download link arrives by email. If you cannot access your download, email info@kurivakids.com.

Immediate download and withdrawal rights

Before purchase, EU and UK customers give express consent to immediate download and acknowledge that they lose their statutory right of withdrawal once the download starts. This does not remove other mandatory consumer rights, including rights where digital content is faulty or not as described.

Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee still applies to everyone.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee

If a book is not right for your family, email info@kurivakids.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No need to explain.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

We process refunds within 5 business days of your request. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it on your statement.

Personal-use licence

When you buy a book, you get a personal licence for one family or household, with no time limit. You can download the files, print as many copies as your household needs and keep them forever. Printed pages can be shared within your household and with people who care for your children at home (like grandparents or a babysitter). You may not resell, share, upload or send the files to others, and you may not use them for classrooms, schools, therapy practices or any commercial purpose. For classroom or professional use, please write to info@kurivakids.com.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and manage email marketing and cookie consent. For privacy requests, email info@kurivakids.com.

Governing law and consumer protections

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
