Our 14-day money-back guarantee

If a book is not right for your family, email info@kurivakids.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No need to explain.

This voluntary guarantee applies to everyone, including customers who have started downloading their book.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@kurivakids.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the email used for your order or your order details so we can find the purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

How refunds are paid

We refund you in full to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider. Nothing needs to be shipped back because our products are digital PDFs.

We process refunds within 5 business days of your request. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it on your statement.

EU and UK withdrawal rights

Before purchase, EU and UK customers give express consent to immediate download and acknowledge losing the statutory right of withdrawal once the download starts. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee still applies.

Your other consumer rights

This policy does not limit your mandatory consumer rights, including rights where digital content is faulty or not as described. Italian law applies without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
